<h3> Preparando o equipamento </h3>

<li> Ligue o dispositivo ao PC através da interface USB e confirme a instalação do software. </li>

<h3> Montagem dos sensores </h3>

<li> Fixe os acelerómetros de forma segura na estrutura da máquina em locais onde as vibrações são mais proeminentes, idealmente perto dos rolamentos. </li>
<li> Direcione o sensor de Velocidade do laser para o rotor e afixe fita refletora na superfície do rotor para facilitar a medição do ângulo de fase. </li>

<h3> Início do programa </h3>
<ul>
<li> Abra a aplicação Balanset no seu PC. </li>
<li> Selecione o modo de balanceamento apropriado: plano único ou plano duplo, Dependendo do tipo de rotor e de suas necessidades específicas. </li>

<h3> Verificação e conclusão do equilíbrio </h3>

<li> O procedimento de balanceamento é concluído se a vibração restante estiver dentro dos limites permitidos especificados na ISO 1940. </li>
<li> Se a vibração ainda estiver fora dos limites aceitáveis, reitere o processo e ajuste o peso de compensação. </li>

<h3> Gerar uma documentação dos resultados do equilíbrio </h3>
<ul>
<li> Os resultados do balanceamento são salvos no arquivo do software. Você pode criar e imprimir um relatório contendo dados de vibração, massa de peso de correção e seu ângulo de instalação. </li>
</ul>
<h3> Etapas finais e verificação </h3>
<ul>
<li> Verifique novamente se todos os pesos e sensores estão bem fixados. </li>
<li> Verificar se a rotação do rotor é suave e isenta de ruídos ou vibrações indevidas. </li>
<li> Nos casos em que o rotor esteja integrado num sistema mais complexo, assegurar o correcto funcionamento e interacção de todos os componentes relacionados. </li>
